About me
Embark on a transformative journey with me! As a dedicated yoga teacher, I've curated an experience that goes beyond traditional practice. If you've ever been part of my classes, you're familiar with my signature 'playground time'. It's where we come together to explore inversions that defy gravity, balances, and backbends that open our hearts.
My passion for yoga led me to complete my Vinyasa 500YTT under the guidance of Yoga Union and specialized in Rocket Training with David Kyle and Awakening Yoga Training with Patrick Beach. But my journey is never-ending; both on and off the mat.
